Teresa E. Lilly of Blair, Nebraska died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, at Memorial Community Hospital in Blair.

Funeral services were 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Blair. Interment was at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Wall Lake (Iowa) cemetery.

Teresa Elizabeth Ziegmann was born in Odebolt, Iowa, to Joseph and Mary (Stelpflug) Ziegmann. She graduated from Odebolt High School. She married Alvin Reising; he preceded her in death in 1945. She later married James Lilly.

The Lillys moved to Blair in 1965 and owned and operated the Blair bowling alley. Mrs. Lilly was a member of the Blair Fraternal Order of Eagles and St. Francis Church Ladies Society, numerous card clubs, and originated the Blair Ladies bridge marathon group.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Roger and Donna Reising of Omaha and Dennis and Carole Reising of Mechanicsville, Va.; daughters and sons-in-law, Marilyn and Bill Beach of Sac City, Iowa, Joan and Gene Turner of O'Neill, Mary and Bob Parks of Omaha, Teresa and Tom Mencke of Blair, and Carol and Jim McGinley of Mansfield, Texas; 21 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great -grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Engel of Sac City; brothers, Msgr. Leonard Ziegmann of San Antonio, Texas, and Walter Ziegmann of Iowa City, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James, in 1985; an infant son, Dale Reising; brothers, John, Paul and Edward Ziegmann; and a grandson, Thomas Reising.
