Mass of the Christian burial for Theresa Elizabeth Kramer of Carroll will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday May 6, 2002, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Lidderdale.

Mrs. Kramer, 88, formerly of rural Glidden, died Friday, May 4, at St. Anthony Nursing Home in Carroll.

Rev. Joe Dillinger will celebrate the Mass. Lectors will be Glenn Soyer and gift bearers will be Deb Hannasch, Karen Rodis, Bev Finley, Lisa Bednarczyk, Sara Phipps, Sonya Kanne, Megan Kanne and June Abercrombie. Mass servers will be Brett Hannasch, Colby Hannasch and Spencer Finley. Casket bearers will be grandsons Jim Kramer, Adam Soyer, Tracy Kanne, Kevin Kramer, Rick Kramer, Clint Kanne, Travis Soyer, Nathan Soyer, Curt Kanne and Glen Fogerty.

Burial will be at Holy Family Cemetery at Lidderdale.

Friends will call after 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll, where there will be a rosary at 3 p.m. and a Christian wake service at 7 p.m. Memorials contributions can be left at the funeral home or church.

A daughter of Ferdinand and Mary (Nieland) Steinkamp, she was born Jan. 27, 1914, at Breda and attended St. Bernard School there. She and Henry Kramer were married Nov. 26, 1935, at St. Bernard Church in Breda.

She was a member of Holy Family Parish of Lidderdale and an honorary member of the Ladies Guild of the church.

Survivors include three daughters, Shirley Forgerty and her husband, Dale, of Kerrville, Texas, Mary Kay Kanne and her husband, William, of Carroll and Jane Soyer and her husband, Glenn, of Norwalk; two sons, Don Kramer and his wife, Alice, of Lake City and William Kramer of Glidden; 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Agnes Eischeid, of Manning.

Mrs. Kramer was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry, in 1970; seven siblings, Anthony Steinkamp,

Mary Kohorst, Joseph Steinkamp, Elizabeth Thobe, Fred Steinkamp, Walter Steinkamp and Leonard Steinkamp; a daughter-in-law, Marilyn Leiting Kramer; and an infant grandson, John Kramer.
